Help with connecting and managing your Strava account

What xx:59 accesses from Strava

When you connect your Strava account, xx:59 requests read-only access to your activities. We use this to automatically match your completed runs to your training plan.

We access the following data from your Strava activities:

We do not access your personal profile information, followers, segments, clubs, or any other Strava data. We never share your data with third parties.

How the Strava connection works

Automatic activity matching

When you complete a run and sync it to Strava, xx:59 matches it to the planned session for that date. Your actual pace, distance and heart rate are then displayed alongside the planned targets on your session card.

Your data stays yours

Only you can see your own activity data within xx:59. Your coach can see your completed session data as part of coaching, but no other athletes can see your data.

How to disconnect Strava

You can disconnect your Strava account at any time in two ways:

  1. Go to your Strava account settings at strava.com/settings/apps, find xx:59, and click Revoke Access. This immediately removes xx:59's access to your Strava data.
  2. Alternatively, contact Coach Conor directly and we will remove your Strava connection from your training plan.

Upon disconnection, any Strava activity data previously synced to your plan will be removed within 48 hours.
